Monthly and quarterly plans
You can cancel anytime by telling us on WhatsApp, by phone or in writing. If you cancel before we have started work for a period, we refund that period’s fee in full. Once we have started work for a period (for example, we have begun preparing that period’s return), that period’s fee is not refundable. We won’t charge you for any later period.
Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan, we refund the unused months, worked out at the monthly price for each month already used, less any free service you received with the annual plan.
GST registration and other one-time services
Full refund if you cancel before we file your application. Once it has been filed, the fee is not refundable, because the work has been done. If the department rejects the application for a reason that is our fault, we will refile at no extra fee or refund you in full, as you prefer.
If we cancel
If we stop a service for reasons other than non-payment or a breach of our terms, we refund the fee for any period not yet worked on.
How and when
We refund to the original payment method within 7 working days of approving the refund. Government fees, late fees, interest and taxes already paid to any authority can’t be refunded by us.
